Are the destinations displayed the only ones Image Charters can cater for?
Not at all, Image Charters is open to all locations and we are happy to work with you to take you to your preferred locations. -
What is the cancellation policy?
If a charter is cancelled 14 days or more in advance there will be a $250.00 handling fee charged and remaining deposit returned. If a charter is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date the full deposit will be forfeited. If a charter is cancelled on the day of the scheduled event it is at the charter operators’ discretion and full charter fee may be charged. -
Will my event still be on in bad weather?
A scheduled charter will continue in most weather conditions. In the case of adverse weather it is at the charter operators’ discretion to cancel the charter. A convenient date will be booked to reschedule the charter. -
What happens if the vessel I booked is not available on the day of the event?
Image charters will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible and will offer you a similar vessel for your event. -
Who is responsible if there is damage to the vessel caused be me or my guests during the event?
It is the charterers’ sole responsibility in the case of damage caused to the vessel by a charter guest. The charterer will be liable to cover all costs involved in repairing damages. -
Am I locked into the catering options advertised here?
Catering can be discussed upon final selection of vessel. It is often the case that a charterer can chose from a selection of caterers. In some cases the charterer can arrange their own catering. It is at the discretion of the charter operator if this is allowed. -
Can I book for less than 4 hours?
Most charter vessels offer a minimum 4 hour charter. Contact us to discuss short charter durations as this may be possible with some charter operators. -
Are there additional (hidden) costs?
Image Charters will make transparent all costs incurred by a client when booking a charter. -
Are there any dress requirements for the vessels?
Some vessels do require soft soled shoes to be worn, Image Charters will advise on correct and or acceptable footwear that may be required. -
Are we able to talk to someone in person about our event?
A staff member will contact you promptly once we receive your enquiry and will be available to discuss any issues or concerns throughout your event to ensure your requirements are met.
